WHAT IS DIAL-A-RIDE?
Copper Mountain Transit (CMT) operates a Dial-A-Ride (Curb to Curb) service within the Globe/Miami/Claypool area only. The Curb-To-Curb service allows customers to be picked up and dropped off at requested locations, such as their home or doctor’s office and is available for the general public. It is first come, first served. Priority is given to seniors and persons with disabilities.

WE ARE NOT A MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION SERVICE. IF YOU HAVE A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY.
AM I ELIGIBLE FOR A RIDE?
Everyone is eligible for Dial-A-Ride. Priority is given to seniors and persons with disabilities.
OPERATING HOURS AND FARES
Hours of Operation: 6:30am to 3pm, Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays)
Fare: $1.00 per zone
Monthly Pass: $55.00 (good from the first day of the month to the last day of the month)
DIAL-A-RIDE RULES
- Call at least 24 hours ahead to schedule a ride. We advise passengers to schedule as soon as they know they need to go somewhere, especially doctor appointments, as our schedule fills up quickly. We operate on a first come, first serve basis. Priority is, however, given to seniors and persons with disabilities. We are ADA compliant.
- Passengers are allowed 3 trips a day (example: from your home to doctor appointment, doctor appointment to store, store back to your home).
- No more than 5 bags allowed, due to limited space in the van.
- Do not distract driver. Please do not put phone on speaker when talking on your phone, this can be distracting to the driver.
- No food allowed to be consumed while in the van. Drinks are ok, as long as it is in a closed container.
- No open alcoholic beverage containers allowed.
- Drivers reserve the right to refuse service (i.e.: excessive abusive language, intoxication, abuse towards other passengers or the driver).
